The replay of the exciting and impressive Manny Pacquiao vs. Antonio Margarito WBC Jr. Middleweight fight will be shown on HBO the following week November 20 alongside the live HBO boxing Middleweight title fight between Paul Williams and Sergio Martinez a rematch of their 2009 “Fight of the Year” match on HBO World Championship Boxing.
The fight with Margarito marked a history making record set by Filipino boxer Manny “Pac-Man” Pacquiao winning his eighth world boxing title in his eighth weight division.
Manny proved his greatness when he went into the ring looking like a school kid fighting a grown up, Manny was outweighed by close to 20 pounds and was giving away a significant size advantage against the taller and stronger Antonio Margarito.
But size didn’t matter in this fight because Pacquiao once again proved he could bang with the big boys and dish out heavy artillery as well. Margarito’s face was busted and bruised, his eyes swollen and Manny Pacquiao beat him in a lopsided unanimous decision.
Next up is Floyd Mayweather Jr. if he has the courage to fight Manny Pacquiao.
