The popular premium cable series “Dexter” returns tonight Sunday September 25, for season 5 on SHOwtime.
Dexter is an American cable television drama/dark comedy series that revolves around Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall), a blood spatter-pattern analyst for the Miami Metro Police Department, who also moonlights as a serial killer.
Julia Stiles will be added in a recurring role in 10 episodes of DEXTER as Lumen, a new female love interest in Dexter’s life.
Peter Weller of Robocop fame, will join the cast of DEXTER for season 5, he will be playing “a troubled Miami Metro police officer who gets caught up in an internal affairs investigation.” Weller will appear in eight of the twelve episodes in season 5.
