Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Manny Pacquiao is the fight that almost every casual boxing fan wants to see but the fight never materialized because Floyd Mayweather never answered the deadline to accept the fight.
Mayweather’s advisor, Leonard Ellerbe, came out telling the media that there was never any negotiations or talks concerning the Manny Pacquiao vs. Floyd Mayweather super-fight, and that it was either HBO’s Ross Greenburg or Bob Arum, who was lying.
Recently, Ross Greenburg, told the LA Times that he did have negotiations with both Pacquiao and Mayweather representatives.
“I had been negotiating with a representative from each side since May 2, carefully trying to put the fight together. Hopefully, someday this fight will happen. Sports fans deserve it.” said Greenburg.
It looks like Floyd Mayweather Jr. is really trying his hardest to avoid a fight with Manny Pacquiao and his own team is making up lies to cover up Mayweather’s reluctance in accepting this mega fight against the Filipino sports icon.
The Mayweather side has made constant accusations, they accuse Manny Pacquiao of taking steroids but have no proof, they accused Bob Arum or Ross Greenburg of lying but it turns out they are the liars, since Greenburg said they had negotiations.
Floyd’s dad keeps saying Manny Pacquiao is a scared sissy but he is using reverse psychology, hoping people believe that Manny is scared and on steroids, when in reality he and his sonĀ are scared to fight the Filipino southpaw boxer.
Manny Pacquiao will face the dangerous Mexican fighter Antonio Margarito in NovemberĀ because Floyd Mayweather is avoiding Pacquiao like the plague.
