Cebu City, Philippines – Inmates who were made famous on YouTube for their 2007 choreographed dance routine to Michael Jackson’s song “Thriller” honored the late King of Pop on the one year memorial of his passing by dancing to “Thriller” and various other Michael Jackson hit songs like “Black and White” and “Smooth Criminal.”
The Filipino prisoners at the high security Cebu City Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center started using dance for rehabilitation and recreation in 2006.
