Like many other Filipinos living in America I am a subscriber of Filipino channels like TFC (The Filipino Channel), ABS-CBN, and GMA, so I can keep in touch with whats going on in my homeland of the Philippines.
My priorities for subscribing to these Filipino cable channels are listed below:
My first priority is the news because I have been away from the Philippines for over 25 years and I like to know what is going on in my birth country, just like the many of the subscribers.
My second priority is the soap operas and Filipino movies to be entertained.
My third priority is variety and game shows, but not for Willie Revillame, that means he is not the only one that the subscribers watch. Willie is not the only income producer to ABS-CBN, which he impliedly claimed to convince ABS-CBN to pay him million pesos a day for hosting Wowowee. I hope the co-hosts, dancers, directors and the staff will not be overlooked on their income because they are apart of the success of the Wowowee show.
