Floyd Mayweather Jr. fresh off of his dismantling of Sugar Shane Mosley, knows that the fight people want to see is with Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao, and he is willing to make the fight happen, but on one condition and that condition is the same one that halted the initial super-fight between the two, the Olympic style blood testing.
Mayweather told media at the post fight press conference that he is willing to fight Manny Pacquiao, only if he undergoes the same stringent random blood testing that Mayweather and Mosley took before their May 1st battle.
Pacquiao released a statement on his website Mpboxing.com that he is OK with the blood testing but he requires a 14-day cut off date because he doesn’t want to be weakened before the fight from too much blood being taken.
Oscar De La Hoya who promotes Floyd Mayweather Jr. said Floyd Mayweather Jr calls the shots now, that he is the king of the world and has the right to dictate the terms for a fight.
