Floyd “Money” Mayweather, the outspoken and flamboyant undefeated American boxer who insisted that Manny Pacquiao prove that he is clean of steroids and performance enhancing drugs, said Pacquiao is not on his level in terms of HBO Pay-per-view drawing power.
“I’m a boss, I only talk to bosses. He need to learn how to do numbers like I’m doing. What did him and Marquez do? Like 300,000? 400,000? Congratulations, he needs to step his game up,” Mayweather Jr. told reporters during his media round table before his fight with Sugar Shane Mosley on May 1.
“With or without Pacquiao, I’m still going to be able to go out and make $20 or $30 million a night,” he said.

The public demand for a Manny Pacquiao versus Floyd Mayweather Jr. showdown to prove who the true pound for pound king is, was derailed over disagreements in the pre-fight drug testings.
Floyd Mayweather Jr. and his family have openly accused or were under the suspicion that Pacquiao was using some type of performance enhancing drug because they couldn’t believe a small guy could move up in weight and become extraordinary like Pacquiao has done.
If Mayweather Jr. defeats Shane Mosley in the upcoming HBO boxing ppv on May 1st in Las Vegas, Bob Arum and Team Pacquiao will try and negotiate a fight between the two boxing superstars.
